Job Description:
- Maintain daily order integrity through review of order status reports
- Manage order maintenance and issue resolution and reconciliation with customer service and the account
- Facilitate RA requests and resolutions
- Work closely with product Manager on the all cuts placed for the brand to ensure on time delivery
- Communicate with customer service, sales reps and buyers on PO issues
- Prep and organize all samples in advance of meetings
- Assistant in the preparation or management meetings and market appointments
- Prepare marketing materials for showroom appointments
- Assist with showroom maintenance prior to, during and post line opening
- Attend trade shows
- Organize marketing materials and line sheets for all appointments
- Special projects as needed
***QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field
- Internship experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft (knowledge of Simparel and Sap a plus)
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow up
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Nuorder is a plus
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
