Title: Sales Assistant

Department: Sales

Reports to:  Sales Manager


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting A.L.C sales team with all sales functions.

• Compile weekly selling recaps and send to upper management

• Responsible for managing showroom calendar, supplies, daily showroom maintenance and coordinating model castings for market.
• Manage samples for International, ecommerce, department stores and PR.

• Support sales team in market appointments.

• Order confirmations for specialty, department store and international customers.

• Maintaining Joor – imagery, order maintenance, ATS, line sheets for market.

• Manage re-order, swap and return log.

• Weekly store visits to Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales, Intermix, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks.

• Responsible for managing the Intern program.

• Other duties as assigned.


Experience/Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·       Previous experience in retail, fashion a plus.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·       Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

·       Strong attention to detail and follow through.

·       Ability to work in a flexible manner and be comfortable wearing many hats.
