Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- File and organize documents in both physical and digital formats
- Provide administrative support to the other team members
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with customer support and resolve any issues or concerns
- Utilize computerized systems to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the office
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Proficient in computerized systems for bookkeeping tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $49,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
