Role Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator at FUZE Technology is pivotal in forging and fostering our relationships with key business partners. As a member of the Operations team, you will work with customers and our internal teams to deliver products on time. The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate, review, and monitor the shipment deliveries to ensure they reach the customer destinations as expected, on time and safely. The Logistics Coordinator helps promote a healthy and efficient supply chain.

Additional responsibility for leading the recruitment and selection process for technicians to install stations upon delivery. This individual will work closely with operations team to esure installers are adequately trained before being deployed.

Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication will help build relationships with carriers, teams, and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review incoming orders from sales to assess production timeline, project priority, special needs.
- Coordinate and quote the logistics and shipping control of domestic and international orders.
- Coordinate the instructions for transportation documents, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists and any shipping documentation associated with each shipment.
- Collaborate, coordinate and assist Warehouse staff on shipping schedule needs/issues.
- Assist Sales and Success department with order status inquiries (delivery dates/loss/damaged freight) and related needs.
- Provide valuable input to management on the continuous improvement in logistics performance, including carrier partnering and cost controls.
- Identify, recruit, and assignment of freelance technicians. This includes coordinating initial screening, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for freelancers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Experience - 2+ years' experience in domestic logistics with some international experience.
- Transportation - Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air and truck.
- Logistics - Competence with shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
- Ability to use computers, Excel, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.
- General understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.
- Experience with Field Nation or Work Market
