As a Project Coordinator (Logistics) at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of logistics activities for our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to oversee the logistics aspects of project execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate and manage all aspects of project logistics, including material procurement, transportation, storage, and distribution.
- **Supplier Management**: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites, monitoring inventory levels and addressing any supply chain issues.
- **Transportation Planning**:Plan and coordinate transportation logistics, including scheduling deliveries, arranging shipments, and optimizing transportation routes to minimize costs and delays.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track materials usage, and coordinate inventory replenishment as needed to support project requirements.
- **Site Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to project sites according to schedule and project specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures related to logistics operations, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation related to logistics activities, including purchase orders, shipping records, and inventory reports.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve logistics-related issues and challenges in a timely manner, implementing effective solutions to minimize project disruptions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations, implementing best practices and leveraging technology tools.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a focus on accuracy and precision in logistics management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics software/tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).

**Gas Allowance**: $6,000 annually

Pay: $50,818.00 - $55,169.00 per year
