We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the wholesale distribution of our card game products to our retailers. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to retail partners across the country.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the wholesale distribution of our card game products to major retailers, including Target and Walmart, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to retailer-specific requirements and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods and ensure efficient transportation from production facilities to retail distribution centers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure accurate order fulfillment and resolve any logistics-related issues.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels at retail distribution centers and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners to coordinate shipments and optimize transportation routes for cost-effective delivery.
  • Utilize logistics and supply chain management software to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and analyze data to improve logistics processes and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including Target and Walmart, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of distribution activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to transportation, warehouse operations, and product handling.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the wholesale distribution operations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on distribution performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory levels, and cost efficiency.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in logistics and distribution management, with a proven track record of managing wholesale distribution for major retailers, including Target and Walmart.
  • Strong understanding of retailer-specific distribution requirements and guidelines for Target and Walmart.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and retail partners.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in logistics and distribution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
