**Job Summary**:
Operations Administrative Assistant performs administrative tasks, reconciliation and customer service duties. They work with clients by answering their queries and giving account updates. The Operations Administrative Assistant will also review merchandise inventory and fill customer orders. Among reconciliation functions, they may do other various record keeping tasks. Operations Administrative Assistant will help the Operations Director, Delivery Managers and the General Manager. They may also aid other departments. Operations staff must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving skills.
- Excels at customer service, internal and external relationship building.
- Assists with logístical responsibilities, including supply chain management, customer service, Company vendor services, data quality management, etc.
- Answering the questions of staff and customers
- Updating mobile devices and tracking devices.
- Updating logs and military base passes.
- Updating files, forms and maintain records for the delivery department.
- Identifies ways to decrease delivery costs and improve efficiency.
- Create invoices and reports.
- Take customer orders and inquiries.
- Organizing supplier pickups.
- Compiling reports for distribution
- Handle and coordinate different tasks within the team to ensure effective implementation of daily routing.
- Complete work/projects that are assigned
- Leads the project/task management workflow for assigned projects.
- Helps the Company meet and exceed their goals and objectives.
- Executes actionable strategies to hit goals and objectives.
- Demonstrates strong task management and productivity skills.
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Observant and self-motivated
- Follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as company policies.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside and outside the office.
