Entry Level Administrative Assistant
The Entry-Level Administrative Assistant plays a role in supporting the Social Media and Communications Team, performing various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include conducting research, assisting in monitoring social media platforms, collecting analytics and preparing posting schedules.
Responsibilities also include providing administrative support for Premier managers and project leads on an as-needed basis. These tasks may include data entry across platforms, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and other documents, and performing light clerical work. This position demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for Social Media and Marketing Team:
- Conduct research and generate analytics reports.
- Monitor and manage text alert subscriptions.
- Distribute action items to team members.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the executive management team as needed.
- Perform data entry on various platforms.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes upon request.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and correspondence using Microsoft Office
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare and distribute professional meeting minutes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with different teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Associate's degree or two years of college completion preferred; additional qualifications in administrative support or secretarial work are advantageous.
