- Promote our different signature LEGO learning programs for employees and people leaders to drive adoption.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions for new LEGO colleagues to accelerate a sense of belonging to the unique culture and values at the LEGO Group.
- Co-design (potentially also co-facilitate) local learning programs based on needs from stakeholders.
- Support tracking and assessment of development initiatives to drive improvement in key L&D metrics.
- Leverage data analysis skills to create insightful dashboards and tell the L&D story with data visualizations
- Salary 18.75 per hour
