QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

7-10 years’ experience in biotech/pharmaceutical, durable medical equipment or medical device sales - Experience can be across a combination of sales, sales leadership, sales training, clinical education, marketing, training 2+ years of Learning and Development experience 2+ years in oncology experience preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree in relevant area preferred Exceptional oral/written communication, interpersonal and faciliation skills Collaborate and work cross-functionally to prioritize contributions to the overall success of the team Expert knowledge of training goals for sales, medical, leadership, functional skills and the ability to coach team members Successful track record as demonstrated by role of increasing responsibility Experience with vendor management specializing in training platforms for sales, medical, marketing and leadership excellence Demonstrates passion for helping people learn and grow

OTHER:

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Flexibility to work outside normal business hours
