Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Utilize financial concepts to support decision-making processes
- Assist with governmental accounting tasks
- Provide clerical support for the accounting department
- Utilize Xero or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll processing and financial concepts
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus
- Strong clerical skills to support daily accounting operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
