Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and provide expert advice.
  • Prepare and review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client retention and generate business growth through the sale of additional products and services.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Mentor and support teammates to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
  • Experience completing individual tax returns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
