Elements Massage in Scottsdale is looking for someone who is a natural, likeable person, to sell our massage membership and enhancements, while providing outstanding customer service and booking appointments on the phone and in our lobby.

Our business is built on Wellness Program sales and session upgrades. Our team members **earn $18 hourly, plus monthly bonus** based on monthly sales and enhancement upgrades.

*We are a "non smoking" environment.

We are open 9am to 9pm 7 days a week. Your shifts may be a combination of days, evenings and a weekend shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Confidence in yourself to sell memberships and enhancements, while building a relationship with clients in our lobby. (People buy from people they like.)

Qualifications:

- Elements Massage has been voted "Best Customer Service" in The New York Times. If you are comfortable talking face to face while building a relationship with each client to make them feel special and appreciated, you are who we are looking for.

**Skills**:

- 3+ years sales experience
- Familiarity and accuracy with typing on computers to be able to schedule appointments, check out and accept payments.
- Reliable and driven to embrace a positive work environment with team members and provide the best experience for our clients.
