The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity available in the **Boeing Defense & Security (BDS) **East Region Supplier Quality Team for a **Mid-Level Supplier Quality Specialist **located in the New England region in **Multiple Locations**.

This hybrid position will provide on-site supplier support within the New England region.

**Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products.
- Documents and reports audit and assessment results.
- Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements.
- Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work.
- Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.
- Resolves routine issues and concerns.

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- 3+ years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management
- Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA)
- 1+ year of experience in the Aerospace Industry
- 3+ years of experience working with J-STD-001
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and own a vehicle for business travel

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 1+ year of experience using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Tools
- Experience with AS9100 or other similar Quality Management System,
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel and Power Point
- 3+ years of experience with First Article Inspection (i.e. AS91020)
- 3+ years of experience performing data analysis using excel

**Typical Education & Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: USD 94,350 - 127,650
