The Quality Assurance Specialist is tasked with supervising and coordinating all Quality Assurance activities for a POD under construction, ensuring compliance with design and specification parameters.


Responsibilities include

Coordinating with contractors and conducting quality control and safety inspections

Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Develop or update procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting quality issues.

Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.

Provide training and support to quality assurance team members, covering systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.


Experience Required

  • CFR/DOT Underground piping inspection experience
  • ASME B31.3 / 8 / 1 experience
  • 5 years working within piping / natural gas experience
  • Experience using Procore to pull drawings, check submittals and transmittals, working through turnover files, and RFI’s.
