**Compensation & Benefits**
- 25 Hours per Week / 7am -12pm or 2pm-7pm Monday
- Friday
- $16 - $25 per Hour Based on Experience
- Sales Commission for Hitting Goals

**Job Duties Include**:

- Sells memberships using our proven Sales Success System.
- Keep accurate records using our established sales systems
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile
- Conducts telephone inquiries (follow-up calls, member check-ins)
- Leads school tours to prospective clients
- Accurately follows the daily checklist (pre/during/post)
- Maintain an organized, clean lobby and front desk area
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Responds to member requests and concerns
- Properly onboard new campers/students using our proven system.
- Works closely with the coaches to ensure processes are fulfilled
- Responsible for attending and participating in all Team Training
- Limited driving to and from local elementary schools

**Job Qualifications**:

- MUST pass a criminal background check
- MUST be over 18
- MUST Have a Clean Driving Record
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Previous Sales Experience Required
- Solid Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Able to excel in a sometimes-busy environment
- Health & Fitness Minded Personality
- High School Diploma Required
