Mainfactor is seeking a Merchandise & Fulfillment Associate to join our talented team at our fast-growing, venture-backed, e-commerce company. In this role, you will have opportunities to assist our executives with working on warehousing, fulfillment, e-commerce, merchandising, and supporting client’s needs..

We are seeking someone who thrives in the dynamic environment of early-stage growth, and is ready to learn how to combine exceptional strategic thinking, superior communication, project management and quantitative skills.

- Someone who is passionate about merchandising in the music and entertainment industry
- You have strong planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to do manual labor, including picking and packing merchandise shipments and receiving freight shipments

- You have strong analytical skills
- You are a strong collaborator
- You have an outstanding attention to detail and are comfortable adjusting your approach to work within a project timeline, if necessary
- You take responsibility for the quality of work that you deliver
- You are genuinely passionate about people and their professional and personal development

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Picking and packing e-commerce orders
- Receiving freight and inbound shipments
- Coordinating with Mainfactor executives and managers
- Coordinating with Customer Service Department
- Coordination with Production vendors
- Coordinating with Clients
- Tracking information and applicable billing, expenses
- Tracking and managing inventory
- Use of shipping software
- Coordinating with carriers including USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex
- May include some driving to pick up and drop off
- Organizing shelving and units
