This position serves as the Facility Related Control System FRCS) Manager/Senior ISSM, responsible for ensuring the cybersecurity position, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.

Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include:

- Conducting strategic planning and project management activities
- Managing special initiatives and projects to accomplish programmatic goals
- Developing alternatives for presentation to management
- Facilitating teams in conducting analyses, developing goals, objectives and strategies, and in other strategic, tactical, and business planning activities

**Qualifications**:

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
