Front Desk Cashier

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and acknowledge all guests (speak using clear and professional language)
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning lanes, and issuing shoes
- Answer, and processing all calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns using appropriate etiquette
- Coordinate with Porters for lane availability
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Stand or walk for an extended period of time
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Studio City, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
