- Record business transactions and maintain the general ledger, including bank reconciliations, accruals and journal entries
- Record closing entries for sales/purchases
- Understanding of hierarchy charts

- Balance ledgers and prepare financial reports ei: P&L, BS, T12 etc
- Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision Desired Qualifications:

- Ten (10) years of experience in general accounting and bookkeeping functions including general ledger, bank reconciliation and reporting functions
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office specially Excel, MRI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter
- Must be detail oriented, a team player and possess excellent organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Yardi/Real Page required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
