**Responsibilities**:

- Support account management functions such as drafting and preparing meeting materials, agendas and client decks, and taking notes during meetings.
- Build project management basics, such as post-production timelines and deliverable trackers.
- Support creative team by making calls and setting meetings with vendors and creative partners.
- Support with video pre-production by drafting call sheets, shoot schedules for production coordinator, or managers to send to film crew.
- Organize and maintain video production binders for cost/budget tracking.
- Assist with expenses, invoicing and travel arrangements for shoots and creative production.
- Facilitate delivery and pickup of equipment and production supplies for shoots.
- Interact with clients and assist the project team in updating the client on progress and activity.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand strategy and approach, while learning to contribute insights and suggestions under guidance.
- Support new business initiatives by conducting background research, pulling proposal content from existing materials, and assisting in administrative tasks like arranging prep meetings, organizing resources, and monitoring project timelines.
- Support any video production needs for Marketing/New Biz projects.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a related role, field such as video production, project coordination, and/or client services.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills with proficiency in distilling complex information with thorough knowledge of AP Style.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and expertise in building strong relationships.
- A natural problem-solver with good judgment and impeccable attention to detail.
- Skilled at working under pressure, ensuring quality and organization across multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative software.
- Working knowledge of video production.
- The base salary for this position is between $ 50,000 to $ 65,000 commensurate with experience.
