**Role Description**

This is a full-time Junior & Senior Estimator role at JC Contracting. The Junior or Senior Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including assisting with estimating project costs, preparing bids and proposals, analyzing project specifications and drawings, conducting quantity take-offs, and communicating with clients and subcontractors. This is an in office role, based in Scottsdale, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting concrete specific blueprints and specifications
- Experience with estimating software and spreadsheets
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Procore Estimating a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
