Compensation Package:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities:- Work alongside project managers, interior designers, and architects to develop detailed cost plans.
- Evaluate specifications and drawings to produce accurate cost estimates.
- Consider all expenses, factoring in supply chain dynamics and market conditions.
- Engage with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive bids and procurement.
- Oversee project budgets and implement necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.
- Generate financial reports and forecasts for management, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in creating cost estimation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Advise project teams on budgeting, cost management, and financial strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, trades, and clients.
- Align cost strategies with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficient in Buildertrend, Microsoft Office, and relevant estimating software.
- Ability to analyze drawings and specifications, preparing accurate estimates and proposals.
- Experience in maintaining client relationships and pricing databases.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and owners; lead preconstruction initiatives.
- Estimate costs for new projects and modifications.
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities, with a minimum of 3 years of experience on job sites.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Possess reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the U.S.
