- **Accounting**: Supervise accounting functions such as accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and accrual accounting
- **Staff Leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate all club and executive level team to understand financial processes, analysis and systems to ensure efficient, profitable and scalable operational decision-making
- **Budgeting and Cost Controls**: Developing and managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and cash-flow, financial performance, financial risk management, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Compliance**: In accordance with state, federal and city regulations ensure compliance for all cash and tax collection.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team
- Expertise in financial services, risk management, and financial acumen
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of profit loss statements and budgeting processes
