**Key Responsibilities**
Identify and mitigate workplace hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety protocols.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Foster a culture of safety through awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety protocols and procedures.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Previous experience in a safety-related role preferred.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Certification in relevant safety programs (e.g., OSHA)
5+ years of experience working in commercial construction industry
Knowledge and experience in concrete, tilt-wall, and masonry type work helpful.
Other safety and industry training such as First Aid, CPR, Forklift, Aerial/Scissor Lift required. Understanding of DOT and OSHA compliance regulations is required
