Job description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Order to Cash
- Monitor customer invoicing and collection process for assigned Daher North America divisions
- Monitor customer accounts for any disputed invoices for resolution for assigned Daher North America divisions
- Process customer refund requests
- Provide customers copies of invoices, credit memos, and monthly statements

Procure to Pay
- Process invoices for payments by matching open purchase orders, verify quantity, amounts, and verify correct coding
- Process corrective transactions (credit memos, account transfers, etc.)
- Process employee expense reports
- Set up invoices for bi-weekly payment run to ensure invoices are paid by vendor due dates
- Respond to vendor inquires
- Act as liaison between vendor and departments to resolve any disputed
- Generate new vendor set up forms as needed
- Complete verbal banking validation for new vendors or change requests

Other activities
- Ensure compliance and internal company controls are met
- Account reconciliations, including intercompany accounts
- Prepare AR and AP aging reports
- Manage and support all internal and external audits
- Participate in ERP
- Cross train team members to ensure all transactions for all companies are supported
- Process and maintain 1099

Profile and other information related to the position

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience

2-5 years of Order to Cash/Procure to Pay experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to work with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
