Reporting Analysis position could be for you. As a Cash Ops & Reporting Analysis you will

be a key team member in ensuring the portfolio of ATMs is efficiently using cash to

maximize transactions, while minimizing the residuals that are returned when an ATM is

replenished. Along with this, you will be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting,

KPIs and Sponsorship & funding bank Compliance. The ideal future team member will

possess excellent financial reporting skills, communication, and organizational skills,

along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

OBJECTIVES


●Forecast cash requirements for ATMs, minimizing residuals, while maximizing

cash withdrawals.

●Placing cash orders with funding banks.

●Ensure compliance with Sponsorship & funding bank requirements.

●Report weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

●Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends and forecast future

performance.

●Provide actionable insights to senior management.

●Performs other duties as assigned.


COMPETENCIES


●Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

●Strong problem-solving skills

●Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

●Advanced Excel skills

●Excellent communication and presentation skills

●Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.

●Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


●Bachelor's Degree required.

●3+ years of accounting or finance experience required.

●2+ years of financial reporting.

●2+ years of ATM Cash Management experience preferred.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


●Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving

intermittently during working hours.

●Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

●Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers,

supervisors, senior management, and vendors.
