**Job Summary**

The Hotline Coordinator is responsible for managing the hotline's daily operations and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role involves handling escalated calls, maintaining records, and monitoring the Comms account for complaints. The Coordinator ensures that all calls are handled professionally and that callers receive the necessary assistance and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- The Hotline Coordinator should have excellent verbal and written communication skills as they will be interacting with complainants and investigators.
- The coordinator should also have strong organizational skills to manage the hotline and keep track of complaints.
- Must have a good understanding of public transit regulations and be able to explain them to complainants.
