_**Tasks and Activities**:_

Commercial Vehicle Enforcement team and will provide technical support activities.

**support activities and shall perform, at a minimum, the tasks and/or activities**

**described below**:

- Work with the Department’s Contract Manager to serve as the primary point of contact to ensure that start-up activities are completed within fourteen (14) days prior to the performance of services. Start-up activities include Department’s fingerprint background check and online information security training security requirements;
- Perform software maintenance on statewide computer systems;
- Work closely with Department staff and stakeholders to document project
- business requirements and technical specifications;
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting issues;
- Maintain and repair Department computer systems and equipment;
- Provide hands on leadership for complex activities and projects;
- Provide resource management for associated activities and projects
- **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:_
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Demonstrated knowledge of problem-solving techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise desktop deployment solutions
- Ability to install and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
- Ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and conduct computer diagnostics to determine the nature of problems
- Ability to conduct classroom computer-based training
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple priorities and work assignments
- Knowledge of data privacy and protection initiatives
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Preferred Skills and Abilities**:_
- Knowledge of Window scripting techniques
- Ability to develop training programs related to distributed systems components.
- Knowledge of communications components, networks, data processing equipment, terminology and procedures.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
