**Assemble and Test Microphones**:

- Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and subassemblies with accuracy.
- Cut, strip, and connect wires and cables to electronic components and connectors, creating neat wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure microphones meet performance and functionality standards.

**Troubleshoot and Repair**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in malfunctioning microphones using diagnostic tools.
- Perform repairs, including desoldering and replacing defective parts, to restore microphone functionality.

**Read and Interpret Technical Documents**:

- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
- Maintain accurate records of production status, testing results, and repairs.

**Maintain Work Standards**:

- Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet specified standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Educational Background: h**igh-school diploma or equivalent. An Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics, audio engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Hands-On Experience**:1-3 years of experience in electronics assembly, preferably with audio equipment.
- **Technical Expertise**: You command both through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques with finesse, recognize resistors from capacitors and diodes from transistors, and assemble them with pinpoint precision. You can read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- **Detail Orientation**: Every connection, every wire, every test gets your full attention - you’re all about those flawless finishes and high-quality standards. You tackle troubleshooting with the curiosity of an engineer and the persistence of a detective, finding and fixing flaws efficiently.
