- Learn to read and understand production blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of projects for shipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications).
