Urgently Hiring Automotive Estimators/Blueprinters
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $75,000-$120,000 (Salary + Bonuses)
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with technicians to draft estimates post-vehicle teardown.
- Ensure adherence to OEM repair procedures.
- Effectively communicate with the parts department to address any issues.
- Work closely with production management to oversee timely repairs.
- Conduct meetings with external field adjusters to discuss repair plans.
- Coordinate with fellow estimators on sublet work and estimated completion dates.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell).
- Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Capability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to operate computer hardware/software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
