BASF Automotive Refinish Coatings Solutions offers high-quality refinish paint brands and paint-related products to body shops from around the world. Our solutions are approved by the world’s leading automotive manufacturers for the repair of their vehicles. We provide collision centers with a vast array of solutions that help drive their business performance and efficiency.  At the heart of our business are our people and our trainers who take care of our customers’ needs including car painting skills, advanced body shop management solutions, and sophisticated management solutions.  You will work with automotive collision repair shop customer to grow our market share in the main market of Phoenix, but you will cover all of Arizona as well as Las Vegas.

  • Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs.  We are looking for a solid individual that values our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new BASF business.
  • Increasing sales through developing market potential with forecasting, leading generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services to existing customers. 
  • Developing new relationships.  (Majority of the role will be focused on adding new business).
  • Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry. 
  • Retaining business and hunting for new sales in Arizona and Las Vegas with a home base within the Phoenix Metro area.
If you...
  • Have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or HS diploma (or equivalent) with relevant work experience.
  • Possess professional sales experience in the collision industry with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills are key.
  • Experienced in field sales, territory management and customer relations.
  • Have in depth experience in the automotive refinish experience or related sales field.
