Our **Houston, Texas, **site is looking for **an office manager/receptionist** who'd like to be part of the excitement of our auction business.

This is a Part-Time position. We have five scheduled auctions per calendar year at our **Houston, Texas,** site. Hours are typically 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We'll need you to work extended overtime hours (evenings and weekends) during auctions, occurring 5 times per year. You will be required to maintain a valid driver's license.

**In this role you'll**:

- Operate a high-volume telephone switchboard receiving customer inquiries and assist customers with their ability to use all of Ritchie Bros services
- Ability to explain how bidding and unreserved auctions work
- Support customers during the auction registration process for online bidding
- Resolve issues and track interactions relating to customer accounts
- Provide information related to past and upcoming auctions and equipment
- Assist with post-sale accounts receivable phone calls and payment processing
- Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to all customers
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
