We are a values-based business emphasizing Relationships, Responsibility, Adaptability, and Quality. This role involves labor on job sites from Maine to Florida and around our shop/yard. As you gain skills and responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities for advancement and raises.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Labor on cellular concrete sites: setting up equipment, safety gear, form work, laying pump lines, cleaning equipment.
- Operate equipment: cement silos, blowers, grout pumps, foam generators, drills, compressors, lifts, polyurethane pumps, water pumps, generators.
- Drive and transport equipment (CDL and non-CDL).
- Track driving times and comply with DOT HOS regulations.
- Operate polyurethane grouting equipment, including pump and concrete/rock drills, clean and organize trucks.
- Prepare for and demobilize from jobs in the shop.
- Complete up to 8 weeks of online training annually.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Construction or mechanical experience.
- Ability to travel weekly.
