This an intermediate level position responsible for the implementation and maintenance of such transactions as Escrow, Project Finance, loans and bonds, and Debt supporting roles such as Escrow Agent, Safekeeping Agent, Account Bank, Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, and Intercreditor Agent. The overall objective of this role is to implement and maintain the new and existing transactions under the supervision of a Client Transaction Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the customer lifecycle strategy from acquisition through early client engagement implementation and maintenance of transactions under the supervision of a Client Transaction Manager
- Assist with client and other transaction stakeholders (bankers, counsel, lenders, noteholders) with day-to-day activities related to their transactions
- Review and process day-to-day transaction activity
- Address inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions
- Adhere to A&T/Citibank policies and procedures as regards client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening and deal maintenance
- Coordinate with Operations for transaction set-up, activity and reporting
- Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients and other transaction stakeholders
- In all matters, demonstrate particular consideration for the banks reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of relevant or cross functional experience (e.g. operations; transaction management; product or sales)
- Demonstrated experience in deal implementation and maintenance
- Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate Trust
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
