Position Overview:

This role represents an intermediate to advanced level within the Corporate Trust domain, focusing on the execution and oversight of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. The Corporate Trust Associate will play a vital role in the establishment and management of both new and ongoing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation and oversight of Corporate Special Agency transactions, including Escrow, Project Finance, Insurance, and Loans.
  • Support Transaction Managers in handling daily client interactions related to their transactions.
  • Assist in the amendment processes for Corporate Trust mandates.
  • Contribute to SNC tracking and reporting activities.
  • Help distribute relevant notices to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Transaction Managers on internal projects associated with transactions and client needs.
  • Address inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients regarding transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with Client Agency & Trust policies and procedures during client onboarding, transaction implementation, account setup, payment processing, and transaction maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction setup, activity tracking, and reporting.
  • Respond to client inquiries in collaboration with Operations.
  • Maintain a strong focus on the bank's reputation and the safeguarding of Client, its clients, and assets by ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and policies, while exercising sound ethical judgment in all business practices.
