**Accounting Clerk/Document Specialist**

Entry level employment opportunity available to individual who wants to work in a professional business office and develop skills to obtain a strong foundation in office practices and progress in the administrative field.

**Part-time** **to Full-Time** (including seasonal) positions

All positions require ability to work scheduled hours between 8 AM to 6 PM as needed to meet deadlines (including some weekend hours dependent on workload).

Hourly wage is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Primary responsibilities include:

- preparing and collating reports
- maintaining client files (creating, copying, scanning and filing)
- assisting staff members as needed and running errands on occasion

This position is ideal for an individual who is able to work independently, is a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented and possesses strong work ethics and communication skills.

Applicants **must** have the following requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three years business office experience/environment
- Basic skills with Windows 10, 2016 MS Office Applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Typing 40 wpm
- Communication Skills - Ability to take and relay detailed information accurately
- Organizational skills
- Drivers License

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Outlook: 3 years (preferred)
