As an eCommerce Product Information Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our product listings across various e-commerce platforms. Your expertise will ensure that our diverse product range is accurately represented and easily accessible to our customers, contributing to our mission of affordability and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Add and update product listings within our Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Manage product feeds and ensure optimal listing performance on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces.
- Manage Google Shopping product feeds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a comprehensive and accurate product catalog.
- Manage product listings, including creating and updating product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Analyze marketplace data to drive product visibility and sales.
- Review PPC ads and spend.
- Ensure all product information adheres to marketplace standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, including Amazon FBM and FBA.
- Proven experience with creating bulk data feeds and listing and resolving problems with listings on Amazon, Walmart & eBay.
- Experience with handling customer service and returns management.
- Experience with order management systems, printing, and shipping orders.
- Ability to act as backup for customer service tasks.
