Permit Specialist & Fleet Coordinator Responsibilities

As our Permit Specialist & Fleet Coordinator, you'll be a crucial part of our operations for all departments. Your responsibilities will include:
Permits:

- Pulling and managing permits
- Attending and coordinating inspections
- Scheduling and planning meetings
- Maintaining meticulous permit logs

Fleet Management:

- Managing and maintaining GPS systems
- Keeping insurance and DMV tags up-to-date
- Handling smog tests, registrations, etc.
- Ensuring spare keys are available for all vehicles
- Scheduling maintenance and repairs
- Managing new vehicle intake
- Coordinating fleet operations for 3 departments

To qualify, you should have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet and or permit management _or a related field._
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.
