Administrative Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide planning and administrative support to the Program Manager.
- Prepare, track, update, maintain, and distribute schedules, calendars, action item lists, status reports, directories, and program documentation as required.
- Assist in preparing correspondence and presentations.
- Plan, organize, schedule, and execute meetings, Working Groups, In-Process Reviews, Program Manager Reviews (PMR), and other programmatic/technical meetings, and conferences, and working groups.
- Prepare announcements, agendas, correspondence, information packages, briefing materials, decisions, and meeting minutes. Coordinate and support on-site execution of meeting events, including audio-visual connectivity support.
- Support efforts in the development and conclusion of MOAs/MOUs and amendments. Draft and/or review correspondence and MOA/MOU documentation (SSOIs, Draft MOAs, MOUs, SOW, MOA Annexes, etc.).
- Support negotiation activities. Liaison with government, contractor, and field activities to resolve MOA/MOU issues.
**Required Education/Experience**:
- Requires minimum of 4 years of experience; 7 years of experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Possess good communication skills.
- Able to obtain and retain a security clearance.
**ADA SPECIFICATIONS**:
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required.
- Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:
- Travel: Less than 5% expected
