We are proud to offer quality interior/exterior products and top-notch customer service to all our clients in Houston, TX. Currently, we are looking to hire a **CSR (Inside Customer Service Sales Representative). **This individual will assist customers with product information, selection, and purchasing of materials (pavers/tile/porcelain/stacked stone/quartz/glass). They will work in the showroom and walk out of the yard to show customers materials.

**Position Overview**:

- Customer Service and Sales Skills
- MUST have knowledge of flooring products _(tile, stone, paver, glass, etc.)_
- Bilingual in Spanish and English desired, but not a requirement
- Working with and assisting the trade (contractors, builders, designers)
- Computer literate; We currently use QuickBooks
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:30 - 4:30 and every other Saturday 8:00 - 2:30 (Closed on Sundays).
- Must be industry-specific (pavers, stone, tile, porcelain, stacked stone, quartz, glass)
- This person will be engaging with clients and selling materials, so having good verbal communication skills is imperative.
- We offer medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
- Pay ranges from $18-$25/ hour DOE (overtime worked will be time and a half pay).

**About Flooring Careers**:
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
