A Director of IT plays a crucial role in any organization by overseeing the IT department and ensuring that all systems and infrastructures are functional, secure, and efficient. The specific duties and responsibilities of an IT Director include the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Strategy**: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives including using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to increase efficiencies across the company. Lead the IT department, including setting objectives, budgeting, and planning for future needs.

**Qualifications**:
