**Full Job Description **Position title: Client Service Associate / Administrative Assistant

**Position Description**:This role provides client relationship support through interacting directly with clients to ensure a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. The client service associate serves as the liaison between the team, our clients, and other professionals with whom we interact.

Primary duties include working with clients, servicing client accounts (assist with creating, completing, and follow-up on client projects), answering incoming calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining client files and records, assist managing the calendar.

Responsibilities - Will change over time to meet the needs of the business and can include other duties.

**Position Functions: Administrative / Business Management**

Prepare documentation for client signature and follow-up for completion. Schedule client appointments and conduct reminder calls, answer incoming phone calls, and direct requests to appropriate team members. Perform other allowable duties as assigned.

**Client Care **Greet and meet with clients. Set up and maintain client management system Maintain client documents. Document client contact/calls in CRM system. Assist clients in various services (filling out/submitting documents, contacting companies to obtaining client information. Follow-up with clients and companies until the process is complete.

**Key Traits of a Successful Client Service Associate / Administrative Assistant **Strong organizational and computer skills, direct attention to detail and organization. Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff.
Effective and efficient time management. Polite and clear phone manner. Ability to multi-task. Ability to adhere to rules and regulations. Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.

**Education and Other Designations**:High school degree or higher

** **Pay: $22 - $24. per hour

**Schedule**:8-hour shift
Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

**Experience**:Customer service: 3 years (required) If you have an insurance license pay may be negotable.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
