As a Operations Business Director, you will:

- Develop and implement long-range strategies, and contingency plans, to enable mission success.
- Support and enable the development of a robust business information system and facilitate data-based decision-making and customer service excellence.
- Closely collaborate with all stakeholders to develop proposals and options to make sound business recommendations to the DAS for Treasury Operations, for improving customer service, cost-efficiency, and mission effectiveness.
- Compute and study life cycle costs, transaction costs, as well as the opportunity costs associated with delivery of portfolio services.
- Develop innovative and out-of-the-box proposals and policy options that enable Treasury Operations to make quantum leaps towards achieving operational sustainability.
- This position will oversee the following operations:

- Communications and Document Services (Graphics, Printing, and Print Procurement).
- Events and Culinary Operations (Event Planning, Culinary Operations).
- Logistical Services (Mailroom, Motorpool, Departmental Fleet Program, Warehouse Operations).
