**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Location**: Woodbury, NJ

**Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000 (dependable on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently organizing a dynamic and demanding calendar.
- Crafting and handling confidential correspondence when required.
- Facilitating intricate and comprehensive travel arrangements.
- Responsively managing incoming phone communications.
- Supporting company-wide subscription administration.
- Coordinating bill payments in collaboration with the finance team.
- Assisting with various local errands and providing hands-on support during company-wide events.
- Ensuring hospitality standards for meetings, including maintaining cleanliness and stocking of the boardroom.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of valuable administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, showcasing robust computer skills.
- Possessing a can-do attitude, embracing all tasks with equal dedication.
- Exhibiting a personable, responsive, engaging, and welcoming demeanor.
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Thriving as a team player, finding fulfillment in collaborative environments.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
