The current opening is embedded in the Accident and Heald Product line, who focuses on disability and life policies, medical stop loss coverage for companies and accident and health policies that protect against unexpected financial losses.

**In this unique opportunity you will**:

- Partner with business units to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead full cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, posting, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, interviewing, evaluating skills, and negotiating compensation packages.
- Provide full lifecycle recruiting to including sourcing, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, interviewing, performing reference checks, evaluating skills, and negotiating compensation packages.
- Oversee the pre-employment processes including offers, reference checks, and required pre-employment screening.
- Review ROI of recruiting efforts as well as monitor and manage the recruiting process to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Engage with other talent team members to problem-solve, support and grow as functional experts in the space of recruiting.
- Attend conferences, networking events, and other related opportunities to stay abreast of key trends and focus areas within the expertise domain of Talent Acquisition and overall talent management.
- Design, implement, and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate active and passive job seekers from core and emerging sources.
- Use your talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, creative, and high-performing team by serving as a model for partnership, mentorship, and integrity.
- Oversee talent acquisition advisors assigned to your area leveraging data to measure performance, ROI on current recruitment strategies being leveraged.
- Provide direction to Advisors and Business Leaders in Calibration calls and escalation meeting utilizing tools such as Talent Neuron, Linked In reports, surveys and other CEO’s when applicable to deliver on business needs.
- Mentor current team members, evaluate work product, recruiting strategies, skill gaps and advise areas to elevate the individual performance of each member of the TA team.
- Ensure balanced workloads cross your respective area and assign stretch opportunities or projects when appropriate for team members.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelors Degree in Administration or Related field or the equivalent education and or experience.
- 8 or more years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition leading recruiting efforts across a broad spectrum of business disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Knowledgeable of discipline and industry changes, legal updates and technical developments related to applicable area of work. Proactively respond and guide work to reflect changing business environment.
