**HR Services Manager**

**About the Role**:
As the Manager of HR Operations and Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of HR operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You will lead a team of HR professionals in delivering high-quality HR services to employees and stakeholders, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices in HR operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding processes, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HR leadership to design and implement HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for HR-related services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- This position covers EMEA, Guatemala, and Cary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including employment law, benefits administration, payroll processing, and data privacy.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower a team.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies in HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with HRIS implementation and project management.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
