**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is in optimal condition.
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance across the dealership premises, including the showroom, service area, offices, and exterior areas.
- Monitor and address issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other equipment.
- Keep the dealership grounds tidy and presentable by performing landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Keep track of inventory and supplies related to maintenance tasks and promptly report any shortages.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
