Job Overview


As a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer specializing in Ground Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical processing and testing for various payloads and systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful integration and functionality of electrical components for advanced aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities


Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing specialized electrical engineering support for ground operations and integrated testing related to aerospace programs.
  • Acting as the technical authority for the testing and validation of payloads, replacement units, and associated hardware.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated test team to conduct pre-launch checks on external payloads, utilizing advanced electrical testing equipment.
  • Facilitating the late stow process by managing ground support batteries and ensuring the safe transport of powered payloads.
  • Engaging in the development of technical requirements, authoring procedures, and conducting thorough verification and validation testing.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including engineers and program representatives, to address technical challenges and represent findings at program meetings.

Qualifications
